The second multi-stakeholder consultation on the UNAIDS 2012-2015 Unified Budget, Results and Accountability Framework (UBRAF) took place on 18 April 2011 at UNAIDS headquarters in Geneva. Following the 1st multi-stakeholder consultation on 10 March, the 2012-2015 UBRAF was developed further and the purpose of the second consultation was to seek input from a wide range of partners on a draft of the 2012-2015 UBRAF, before it was finalized for approval by the UNAIDS Programme Coordinating Board.
