Motion graphics animated video production services for UNAIDS Secretariat

UNAIDS is looking for individuals or companies working in the area of Motion Graphics Animated Video production interested in providing support to the UNAIDS HQ in Geneva.

This EOI is issue to identify potential suppliers of this type of services to establish a roster of suppliers for assignments wtih short advance notice (2-5 days) and strict deadlines (3-10 working days).

UNAIDS estimates the maximum needs for service is 6 assignments during a period of 1 year.

Technical support for the development of a national HIV/AIDS strategic plan and operational plan to the Government of Sudan

The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to select a suitable contractor to provide technical support to the Sudan National AIDS Control Programme for the development of national strategic and operational plans on HIV/AIDS.

The provider shall be a public institution, company, individual or NGO operating in the field of HIV/AIDS Strategic planning.

The phase one of the development of the national HIV/AIDS strategic plan has concluded by development of an overall situation and response analysis of the epidemic, in addition to key strategic directions and priorities for zero new HIV infection, zero discrimination and zero AIDS-related deaths in Sudan. These priorities should guide the response during the next four years.

The key expected outputs consist of a detailed national strategic plan for Sudan (2013-16)  including situation and response analysis, institutional arrangements for higher efficiency and accountability, monitoring and evaluation framework, and costed operational plan and a Strategy brief summarizing the key elements of the strategy (in 5-8 pages maximum).
