Les envío esta carta desde Swazilandia, donde acabo de visitar una clínica de Family Life Association. Esta clínica integrada reúne servicios de planificación familiar, atención prenatal y salud materna e infantil; servicios de prevención de la transmisión maternoinfantil del VIH y asesoramiento y pruebas; junto con acceso a la terapia antirretrovírica. Espero ver muchos más ejemplos de enfoques integrados del VIH en un futuro cercano.
