More than 5 million people are on antiretroviral drugs today. But for every one person starting HIV treatment, there are two new infections. The math is simple. At this pace the world will not change the course of the AIDS epidemic. So, UNAIDS and its partners called for a radical reshaping of the AIDS response: Treatment 2.0. (released July 2010)
